Orders
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email; a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a listed item has sold out) and will refund any payment taken in full.
Products & natural variation
Our crystals are natural products: colour, pattern, size and shape vary from piece to piece, and photographs are taken in natural light. Where a listing shows a one-off piece, the item pictured is the exact item you receive; otherwise your piece may differ slightly from the photos. Any references to crystal properties are traditional and spiritual beliefs only – they are not medical claims and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment providers.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability is limited to the price of the products purchased except where the law says otherwise.
